As a Client Manager within Operational Talent Solutions (OTS), you are the engine of our growth journey. You work with a focus on Stockholm and are responsible for identifying, processing, and developing collaborations with customers in need of flexible and efficient consulting solutions within the collective side. Your daily routine is characterized by a high pace where you switch between strategic customer dialogues and operational networking.
Your main responsibilities:- Drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to agreements and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain existing customer relationships through a proactive and advisory approach.
- Create tailored solutions within staffing and consultancy hiring that match the customer's production needs.
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment specialists and consultant managers to ensure the highest delivery quality.
We are looking for you who have a genuine business drive and who see opportunities where others see obstacles. You are likely the person who quickly finds common ground and builds trust in a room full of strangers. You are used to working towards set goals and have the endurance required for complex service sales.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:- Previous experience of B2B sales with good results, preferably within the staffing industry or a related service sector.
- A good understanding of the challenges within warehousing, logistics, or industry (meritorious but not a requirement).
- The ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
- A B driver's license, as travel to our customers in the Stockholm area is a natural part of the job.

The position is full-time, permanent. You will be based at our office in Stockholm but will spend much of your time out with our customers around the Mälaren Valley.
