Are you in your first or second year of studying HR with a focus on economics or as a payroll specialist, and do you want work experience within payroll and personnel administration? Do you enjoy digging into numbers and are interested in a job with significant personal responsibility? We collaborate with larger companies in Jönköping and are looking for you who want to build your CV and kickstart your career. Through us, you will have the opportunity to develop and work in an exciting company as a Payroll Administrator over the summer.
About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting between weeks 24–33. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

The company was founded in 2000 and is a group consisting of a family of brands, unique in its kind on the Swedish market.
The company's Shared Service Center operates based on common processes and systems and administers services for all wholly-owned subsidiaries of the group. The company has approximately 160 employees and is located in modern, nice premises in Jönköping. The operations are characterized by a high pace and a warm, welcoming work environment. Responsibilities
This is an administrative and varied role for you who want to work with payroll management in a group with high volumes. You will have the opportunity to develop broad knowledge in different areas. You will work in a collaborative organization with a supportive team. They work according to established processes and have an efficient way of working.
In your daily work, you will among other things:
- Review and approve employee data in the HR system
- Administer updates in the payroll system
- Perform reporting to authorities, corrections, and control of expense reports
- Mail handling
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- You are studying your first or second year on the HR program with a focus on economics or as a payroll specialist
- You are available between weeks 24–33
- Good computer skills
- You speak and write Swedish fluently
