We are looking for you who: Values your members' health and works together with your colleagues to provide them with the support and inspiration they need to succeed in their training. Especially through Medley's product "The Training Journey," which gives new members exactly the start to their membership they need.

We have a broad operation with a swimming pool, gym, and group training both on land and in water. We are now looking for you who are a personal trainer and love providing friendly treatment and top-quality service. Putting the guest at the center feels completely natural to you. As a PT, you have a welcoming manner, an eye for order and tidiness, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere among both guests and colleagues.

Our expectations of you as a PT:

• Hold instruction sessions in "The Training Journey".
• Actively work on selling personal training to leads.
• Instruct group training sessions (gym cage, circuit, or other) – at least 1 session per week.
• Actively work on sales on the gym floor – be present during primetime.
• Be proactively outreach-oriented – introduce yourself at, for example, group training sessions (in addition to your own sessions).
• Work towards jointly set goals.

Your profile:

• Are a licensed personal trainer via Active Sweden and hold a national personal trainer license.
• A driven salesperson for PT and other additional services/products.
• Passionate about training & health and inspiring others to train.
• Taking responsibility and self-motivated.
• You have a good ability to create contact and build long-term relationships.
• Structured, engaged, goal-oriented, and have good planning skills.
• You are positive, social, humble, and unpretentious.
• Previous experience working as a personal trainer is meritorious.
• Flexible with working hours and willing to work both evenings and weekends.

Information about the position:

• Opportunity for 50% fixed-term employment for 6 months.
• Hourly employment with project-based pay or invoicing from your own company for other times for personal training.
• Ambition to work 80 hours per month over time with personal training and other assignments such as group training with project-based pay.
• Start date as soon as possible.
• The position includes evening and weekend work. A police certificate of good conduct is required during the recruitment process.
• We have a collective agreement and are affiliated with Almega Service Companies.
