Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with further education as a special needs teacher and who want to help create the best conditions for our students to succeed. You are a clear leader and role model who gives both teachers and students the inspiration and support they need for good teaching and successful learning. You have a great commitment to students' development and learning and see each student's unique conditions and needs.

Your Mission:

In the role, you work closely with students, teachers, and the school's other staff to develop inclusive and accessible learning environments. You contribute with your special pedagogical competence, provide guidance, and collaborate with colleagues, and you are an important part of the school's joint work regarding students' knowledge development and security.

You take an active role in the special pedagogical work and see pedagogical investigations, mappings, and follow-ups as a natural and inspiring part of your work.

As part of the student health team, you contribute your competence and perspective to create good conditions for students' learning and well-being together. You collaborate closely with the school's various functions, school management, counselor, special needs teacher, social pedagogue, and study and career counselor. Together, you work preventively and promotively to support students' development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are an experienced and competent certified teacher with extended eligibility as a special needs teacher. You have experience in pedagogical work, including pedagogical documentation, mapping, and follow-up of students' development. It is meritorious if you have previously worked actively with reading and writing development or mathematics in different learning environments.
• You are a person who creates good relationships and meets students and colleagues with warmth, respect, and sensitivity. You are secure in your profession, solution-oriented, and have the ability to see opportunities even in complex situations.
• You handle challenges and conflicts in a constructive way and like to use humor and positive energy to build strong relationships and a good community.
• You have the ability to structure and coordinate parts of the administrative work within the student health area and see the value of close collaboration between different professions.
