What it means to be part of the Clustera team?

Clustera is an established company with a high ceiling for creativity and innovation. We are part of a global group with long experience from international matching services. With a stable value base, we guide in all situations.

At Clustera, we believe in people's abilities and are passionate about supporting and lifting them. Our goal in meeting with others is to motivate and inspire new opportunities. This applies to our participants and partners, but also to our employees and society at large.

The Role

Do you want to be part of creating something new? Clustera is already working successfully with Career Guidance in several parts of the country. We are now establishing operations in Kristianstad and are looking for you who want to be involved from the start. Here you get the chance to combine operational work with the opportunity to influence and develop a business in its setup phase.

You will work with guidance within our Career Guidance program, which is a commission from the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). The purpose is to give our participants, who are job seekers, support and help in making well-thought-out choices to find sustainable paths to education and work.

As a study and career counselor, you will be part of a team working with career guidance. Your task is to support and guide participants based on their prerequisites towards realistic study and career choices. During the career guidance process, they become aware of their skills and abilities and what they need to develop competently to achieve their goals. You will work with participants both individually and in groups, leading various group activities.

The role involves informing participants about different study paths and occupational areas and supporting them on the way to suitable and sustainable education and jobs. Together with the participant, you build a realistic career plan that describes the steps that need to be taken to reach the final goal: a job.

The tasks include:

  • Being responsible for the cohesive guidance process.
  • Conducting mapping interviews, individual guidance interviews, group guidance, workshops, lectures, and learning initiatives.
  • Identifying the participant's needs, experiences, competencies, and interests.
  • Creating clear and realistic career plans together with participants.
  • Planning, documenting, and coordinating.
  • Collaborating with other study and career counselors and supervisors.
  • Creating and maintaining good contact with companies and educational providers.

We are looking for someone who is driven, self-reliant, goal-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious. It is important that you are curious, empathetic, creative, relationship-oriented, and able to adapt to different people and situations. Furthermore, you are accustomed to gathering information, have good knowledge of current educational areas, and have experience using digital tools.

There is a clear set of rules to follow, as the role is a commission from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Therefore, it is important that we work according to the same structure and routines, and that we do this together as a unified team.

The position is full-time and on-site at our office in Kristianstad. Part-time opportunities may also exist.

You must meet the following requirements

You are a graduated study and career counselor and are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Proof of study credentials must be provided.

We place great importance on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are meritorious.

What we can offer you

Clustera's employees are our most important asset, and therefore we want to offer a role that both inspires and gives you great room for maneuver. We are driven by seeing people develop, and we give you the opportunity to use your competence and creativity in the work. Together with your coaching manager, you will receive support in shaping your career, continuing to grow, and reaching your goals.

Application deadline: August 2. Please apply as soon as possible, as interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and employment may take place before the application deadline.

Employment: 100% on-site at our office in Kristianstad.

Start date: During August 2026.
