As a lobby host, you hold one of the school's most important roles – you are the first point of contact for our students and visitors. Your primary workplace and starting point is the school entrance.

The role is fundamentally stationary and requires that you enjoy being available on-site to provide service and maintain order in the heart of the school.

Your main responsibilities:

• You are the face of the school and are responsible for ensuring the entrance is staffed throughout the entire school day.
• You handle inquiries from students and staff, manage equipment lending, and administer incoming emails.
• During quieter periods at the entrance, you perform administrative tasks as support to the school leadership and the admin team directly from your reception desk.

Other occasional duties:

As part of our team, we help each other where needed. This means that you may occasionally need to act as a substitute teacher or support the admin and IT departments, but your main priority is always to ensure that the entrance is functioning and staffed.

The position is 100%, fixed-term employment for the entire school year 2026/27, starting in August.

A requirement for applicants is a minimum of three years of upper secondary education or equivalent. Previous experience with administrative tasks, reception work, and/or school work is considered an advantage.

You have good verbal and written communication skills. You are proactive, service-oriented, and flexible depending on the situation. It is important that you are structured and systematic in your approach, observant, responsive to what needs to be done, and able to prioritize effectively. You have high social competence, good teamwork skills, are responsible, and maintain a professional attitude and manner of dealing with people.
