Do you want to work with CRM and Field Service in one of Northern Europe's largest Dynamics projects within the Automotive industry?

At Fellowmind, we are currently looking for Application Consultants within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service who want to work closely with both business and technology, in assignments where quality, customer value, and long-term sustainability are at the center.

We help organizations digitize and streamline their service and aftermarket processes – from planning and resource optimization to follow-up, analysis, and integration with other business systems. It becomes extra exciting when Field Service meets the automotive industry's complex flows, high demands, and large data volumes.

Your Role

As an Application Consultant within Dynamics 365 Field Service, you will become a central part of our delivery teams. You will work closely with the client's operations, analyze needs, lead the dialogue, and translate business challenges into sustainable and scalable solutions on the Microsoft platform.

You might, for example, work with:

• Analysis of needs from both operational and strategic perspectives
• Leading workshops and requirement gathering
• Translating business challenges into scalable solutions on the Microsoft platform

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with professional experience working as an application or business-oriented consultant who thrives in the intersection between business and technology, and who is fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We believe you have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or similar solutions
• Good understanding of service and aftermarket processes
• Experience leading dialogues, workshops, and requirement gathering with clients
• Ability to see the big picture and create solutions that deliver measurable business value

Merits but not a requirement if you have experience with:

• The automotive industry or adjacent manufacturing/service-intensive sectors
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience with integrations to ERP or other business systems
• Microsoft certifications within Dynamics 365

The Practical Details

• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Jönköping, or Halmstad
• Start: Immediate, but of course, we will discuss the start date in consultation with you and taking your notice period into account
