We are seeking a personal assistant to work part-time with a cheerful and social 10-year-old girl with extensive care needs, living with her family in Vännäsby. As an assistant, you will become an invaluable part of her life, contributing to a functional and meaningful daily routine. • 🚿 Support with personal hygiene and nursing care.
• 🍽️ Assistance with meals, including tube feeding and inhalations.
• 👕 Assist with dressing and undressing.
• 🏃 Participate in and support physical activities and exercise.
• ♿ Assist with transfers using aids such as floor lifts and standing frames.
• 🖼️ Support and actively assist in communication, for example by helping to interpret facial expressions, body language, and other non-verbal cues.
• 🏊‍♂️ Accompany on social activities, such as visits to the swimming pool.
• 🎲 Support play and interaction with siblings.

You are a playful, positive, and flexible person who finds it easy to take personal responsibility and work independently. Previous experience as a personal assistant or education in the field is an asset.

• 💪 Good physical strength and endurance.
• 🚗 Class B driver's license and are comfortable driving the client's car.
• 🗣️ Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• 🗂️ Knowledge of alternative communication methods, such as picture support.
• 🏊 Swimming ability.
• 🚭 Non-smoking lifestyle.

• 📅 Start date: Immediate.
• 📊 Employment rate: 50–70%.
• ⏳ Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately one month of hourly employment before a regular employment rate is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• 🕒 Shifts: Afternoons, evenings, and daytime on weekends.
