Job Responsibilities
Within care for people with functional variations, there are several different activities, and we need more engaged people who want to be part of it. This is not just a summer job; it is work where you truly make a difference.
LSS Housing and Psychiatric Housing
Here you support people in their daily lives and homes. This can involve support with various activities, accompanying them to doctor's appointments, cooking together, or simply being there as a safe support. Care is a natural part of the work and may include help with personal hygiene, meals, medication, and other daily needs. You become an important part of someone else's security and independence. Working hours vary from day/evening, awake night shifts, and sleeping on-call duty.
Personal Assistance
You work closely with an individual in their home and daily life. Tasks are driven by the individual's needs; this can range from going to the cinema, exercising, or attending day activities to supporting daily routines and care. The work may involve help with personal hygiene, transfers, and meals. A varied and personal job where the relationship is central. Working hours vary from day/evening, awake night shifts, and sleeping on-call duty.
Day Activities
Here you support people in employment, work training, and internships. You encourage, motivate, and create conditions for a meaningful and developmental daily life. The work also includes some care based on needs. Perfect for you who enjoy seeing others grow. Working hours are during the day.
Short-term Activities for Children, Youth, and Adults
Here you work with people of various ages who stay with us for shorter periods for respite, supervision, or a change of environment. You support daily activities, plan and accompany outings, play, craft, and provide care and nursing. The work is adapted to the individual's needs and can be energetic, creative, and relationship-building. Working hours vary from day/evening, awake night shifts, and sleeping on-call duty.

Qualifications
Who are you?
- You must be 18 years old to work with us. If you are younger, you are warmly welcome to apply in the future.
- You can have no prior experience; we value your personality, your engagement, and your willingness to learn.
- You can also be experienced in healthcare, care, pedagogy, or social work and wish to continue developing.
- You are responsible, attentive, and enjoy working with people.
- A driver's license is an asset since some of our users live a bit outside the center and may need support with activities and transport. However, it is not a requirement.
We always request an extract from the criminal register prior to employment.

We are looking for you who are a young person, a student, mid-life, experienced, curious, or perhaps completely inexperienced but with a big heart.
We prefer that you can work hourly immediately and for most or all of the period weeks 26-33, as the need is greatest during the summer.
Employment type: Summer job / Vacation work.
Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
