Doktor.se strives to be the obvious choice for primary care contact and works to make primary care accessible to everyone. At Doktor.se Strandängshälsan, we are currently looking for a medical secretary for a summer temporary position from week 27 to 35.

We have approximately 9,000 registered patients at Strandängshälsan and very high patient satisfaction. Strandängshälsan consists of two well-functioning units, Mellbystrand and Skummeslövsstrand, located along the beautiful Halland coast with excellent connections to places like Båstad. We are a team of around 30 employees, working closely together as a cohesive unit.

About the role

As a medical secretary at Doktor.se Strandängshälsan, you will be a key person and the face of our clinic towards our patients. In addition to patient interactions, you will collaborate closely with colleagues at the health center.

Examples of tasks include:

• Reception duties
• Healthcare administrative tasks
• Medical record keeping based on doctor dictations
• Management of waiting lists and appointments

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently. You have the ability to plan and structure your workday while easily switching between different tasks. You understand the importance of good service and enjoy meeting people in your work.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Educated as a medical secretary or equivalent
• Preferably a few years of experience in primary care
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with the Cosmic medical record system is an asset
