You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are indispensable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a must to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work towards becoming fossil-free by 2030.

Are you a student or have another occupation and want to work extra? This is a job for you who are flexible with work shifts that often occur with short notice. You will work between 0 and 60% of a full-time position and will be offered shifts on weekdays between 16:45–21:45, and Saturdays between 9:30–14:30. We are looking for someone available for 3–4 shifts per week and preferably available for work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays when our need is greatest. You will be based at Svarvarvägen 10 in Länna (Skogås).

What you will do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private individuals, or business customers.

Who you are

• Curious and self-reliant: A large part of the job you do alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As are orderliness and punctuality. Our customers must be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are sedentary during the trip, but need to be able to lift during pickup and delivery. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned things require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and feeling.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• High school diploma, or currently studying the final year of high school.
• Class B driver's license and experience driving a car.
• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to find solutions.
