KEY FACTS

Scope: Part-time, 8 hours/week. Working Hours: Mondays 08:30–17:00 and the first weekday of the month 08:30–17:00. We prefer candidates who can work full-time from July until mid-August. Location: Stockholm. Start Date: Week 23. Duration: Until the end of the year, with a possibility of extension. Employment Type: Temporary employment (Special fixed-term).

YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are currently seeking a part-time Finance Assistant (8 hours/week) for our client, an international corporation. You will work in pleasant and bright offices in central Stockholm, joining a developing and goal-oriented team within an international and dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Importing bank files for Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
  • Following up with customers via email.
  • Booking settlement files for E-commerce.
  • Customer invoicing and packing invoices.
  • Assisting with reconciliations.
  • Covering accounts receivable and accounts payable during summer periods.

We are looking for someone currently studying a post-secondary education in economics with several semesters remaining.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying a post-secondary education related to economics.
  • Have an interest in systems.
  • Can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

It is considered an advantage if you:

  • Have previous experience with similar tasks.
  • Have experience working in Excel.
