The program is our initiative for those aiming to develop as individuals and become one of the next generation's most successful advisors with excellent future career opportunities at Söderberg & Partners. The program, which spans 24 months, is designed for those with an extraordinary drive. You should have a university degree and/or a documented successful sales background.

During the program, you will be trained in our largest business areas: Pension, Commercial, and Wealth Management. Simultaneously, you will book prospect meetings with successful companies and individuals, quickly building invaluable competence and experience within our industry and many other areas.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an extraordinary drive. You have a university degree – or a documented successful sales background – and your sights are set on making a career in the financial industry.

We believe you have:

• A strong inner drive and high goal focus
• A winning personality and social skills
• An interest in financial matters and advisory services
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
