I am currently seeking a summer substitute to support me in my daily life while my regular assistants are on vacation. The role includes extended trust in the form of staffing responsibility.

I live in my own home and need your support to lead an independent and meaningful life. I have autism and a visual impairment, which means I rely on my assistants to handle various tasks and activities.

You will support me with everything from communication to household chores, participating in my interests, and helping me have meaningful days. Your tasks will vary depending on my needs at the moment.

To successfully fulfill the role of my personal assistant, good experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPD) is of crucial importance.

The ideal candidate is a reliable person with strong self-awareness and good physical fitness. The ability to work independently, be solution-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude is essential.

It is important to me that you can express yourself clearly and are a good communicator. You need to be able to quickly adapt to different situations, be punctual, and organized.

You must be non-smoking and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as a significant part of the role involves acting as my communication support.

Scope: Part-time position with fixed shifts.

Start: Immediate or by agreement.
