OBOS's vision is to build the society of the future and fulfill housing dreams! We are now looking for a competent, experienced, and motivated individual to work as a Corporate Accountant. OBOS Nya Hem has many exciting projects in its portfolio, and as a Corporate Accountant, you will have a unique opportunity to make a difference in the organization's development. The office is located in Solna, and hybrid working arrangements are offered.

OBOS is seeking an engaged and unpretentious Corporate Accountant who thrives in a dynamic work environment and wants to help develop the finance department. This interim position starts as soon as possible and runs until September 2027, with the possibility of extension. You will report to the Head of Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous accounting for the OBOS Nya Hem group and OBOS Boköpsmodeller AB
• Monthly customer invoicing and follow-up
• Monthly closing, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements
• Assisting with reporting to the parent company in Norway
• Preparation of annual reports and tax declarations
• Contact with auditors during the closing process
• Support in liquidity forecasting for the OBOS Nya Hem group
• Supporting the organization regarding system and finance-related issues
• Participating in the development of routines, processes, and working methods for the finance department
• Contributing to the integration of acquired companies into the group's structure and systems
• Other supporting tasks for the finance department and the company as they arise

We are looking for someone who:

OBOS Nya Hem is looking for someone with at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on accounting/auditing. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry. You are responsible, driven, and meticulous, and you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where your contributions make a difference. You enjoy taking initiative, starting activities, and achieving results.

To thrive at OBOS, you must also be structured, goal-oriented, and able to work independently, while also appreciating being part of a team.

Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement, as the role involves many points of contact and requires clear and professional communication. You need the ability to see the big picture and connections and to explain them in a way that creates understanding in various forums.
