About the role As a Residential Support Worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other colleagues, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and content-rich. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication.
