Work with one of the leading telecom operators in the Nordics, offering innovative solutions in mobile telephony, broadband, and TV to private customers.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver a top-class customer experience by handling customer inquiries via phone (and other channels when necessary) in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Help customers through needs analysis and offer relevant services and solutions
- Contribute to the team's and project's success by sharing knowledge, collaborating with colleagues, and continuously developing in your role
You will have significant personal responsibility, while always having support from engaged colleagues and leaders – at Transcom, we work together towards common goals.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have the following competencies:
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as the majority of our customers are Swedish-speaking
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to communicate with international customers
- An open mind and a willingness to learn new things
- An interest in providing good service and working with sales
- Work experience (regardless of industry) is an asset, but not a requirement
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is an asset
- High school diploma
