The Role of Junior Controller

As a Junior Controller at Tarkett, you will have a broad role working both operationally and analytically. You support several parts of the business – Nordic Finance, Sweden Sales, and Business Unit Wood – and contribute with analyses and insights that strengthen the business. The role also includes recurring routine work requiring accuracy and structure. You are also responsible for various administrative tasks that support the team's daily work.

You will work in modern system environments such as SAP, Power BI, Magnitude, and CRM, in an organization where digitalization and data-driven decision-making are central parts of future development.

Your Main Responsibilities

Nordic Controlling

• Prepare monthly reporting, analyses, and report packages for the Nordics and EMEA

• Work with product and customer follow-up, forecasts, cash flow, and claim analyses

• Contribute to the development and efficiency of processes and routines

• Handle parts of sales accounting and internal control activities

Sweden Sales Controlling

• Be responsible for work regarding customer bonuses, price lists, and reporting

• Ensure and develop data flows

• Digitalize and structure contract management

• Support the Swedish management team with analyses and decision support

BU Wood Controlling

• Work with sales follow-up and margin analysis

• Handle inter-divisional trade and cost processes

• Support the BU Wood Controller and Plant Controllers

• Participate in consolidation and reporting

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who is analytical, structured, and has a strong interest in business control and improvement work. You thrive in a role with many contacts and have a natural curiosity for how numbers can contribute to business decisions.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience in controlling or a similar financial role

• Very good skills in Excel and good experience with PowerPoint/Office

• Interest in business systems, preferably experience with larger ERP environments

• Good analytical ability and a structured way of working

As a person, you are proactive, collaborative, and thrive in an international environment.
