About the Role

Data & Analytics is a central team within the Digital business area. We support the entire Tre organization – from B2C and B2B to Hallon and customer service – with insights that lead to smarter decisions and develop new data-driven ways of working.

As a Data Analyst with us, you will act as an analytical advisor to the business. You will capture needs, challenge perspectives, and present analyses in a way that makes it easy for others to act on them. In this role, you will drive analysis projects from start to finish in close collaboration with various parts of the business, identifying new ways to use data and predictive models to create business value. You will work with exploratory analysis, visualization, and more advanced analysis – including machine learning applications – and communicate insights in an engaging and inspiring manner. You will join a tight-knit team of four other analysts – smart, curious Tre employees working with tools like SAS, Python, and R in a flexible technical environment.

Who are you?

In this role, you are both analytical and communicative – someone who enjoys diving deep into data but is also skilled at making it understandable and useful for others. You have the ability to see connections, discover patterns, and transform complex data sets into insights that lead to fact-based decisions.

Your strength lies not only in analysis but also in the ability to collaborate. You capture needs from the business, question, turn perspectives around, and present conclusions in an engaging way. An academic background combined with several years of experience in data analysis, preferably from organizations with large data volumes and customer bases, gives you a solid foundation.

Technically, you are comfortable with tools like Python, R, or SAS and thrive at the intersection of data, business, and technology. Since the role involves broad collaboration within Tre, you need to be communicative and able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.
