Right now, we are looking for two treatment educators (awake night) for HVB Villa Nora and HVB Dalilagården, which are part of Region Uppland, where joy, responsibility, and engagement permeate everything we do.

About the position

To the HVB homes within Region Uppland where we are currently recruiting, we welcome you if you want to support children and young people, transgender persons, and non-binary individuals aged 10–20. The children and young people we meet may have social difficulties, emotional challenges, and various types of risk behaviors. Together, we create a safe and supportive environment for their development.

With us, you will work with evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Your job will be to help these young individuals develop, both through treatment and in their daily routines.

As a night-time treatment educator with us, you will primarily work with:

• Safety-building activities, such as supervision and care
• HSL measures (Health and Social Care)
• Documentation
• The position also includes daily chores

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we prefer that you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for a treatment educator/social pedagogue with experience of working at HVB. We are also happy to receive interest from those with other education, such as social work, behavioral science, or other documented experience.

It is also an asset if you:

• have experience of working in treatment for children and young people within the target group
• have experience of CBT or other evidence-based methods
• have experience of documentation work and medication management

Other requirements

A B-class driver's license is a requirement. Education is a requirement. We place great importance on personal suitability.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.

An extract from the Police Authority's criminal and suspicion register for HVB staff is always required before employment.

About the employment

Working hours and employment rate: 89%, awake night.

Salary: Agreed upon, and other benefits are according to the collective agreement.
