Attendo Varvsvägen is a new care home located in Masmo, Huddinge. Situated in a nature-rich environment, the facility offers 79 apartments spread across four floors.
This is a lifestyle residence featuring the concepts of "Outdoor Life & Garden" and "Culture & Entertainment." We offer a beautiful and stimulating outdoor environment where residents can engage in gardening, work out at the outdoor gym, enjoy a walk in the area, or simply relax with a coffee in the garden.
Daily activities are offered by our dedicated activity coordinator in our "Living Room," and when the weather permits, our activities move out into the garden.
Job Description
As a Group Manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside your team in nursing care. In this role, you will practice present leadership and support your team. You will have responsibility for personnel and planning, working together with 3-4 other Group Managers under the support of the Operations Manager. You are part of the facility's management team and report to the Operations Manager. The role involves shifts during the day, evening, and weekends.
Permanent position, 100%
Working hours: Day/Evening/Weekend/Night
Start date: Negotiable

Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning is an asset. You must have the ability to lead others and possess strong leadership qualities. You should value clarity and foster participation. You have the ability to create engagement and are skilled at motivating your colleagues.
You should be independent but enjoy collaborating with colleagues to develop and find new solutions. You find it easy to give and receive feedback.
You thrive on providing excellent service, building strong relationships, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can identify individual needs.
