As CEO of the company, you will play a central role in building up and further developing the business by creating clear structures and ways of working. An important part of the assignment is also to establish new customer contacts and develop the customer base, complementing the many existing and long-term customer relationships the company already has.

 To succeed in the role, you have:

• Experience as CEO/Deputy CEO with at least 20 employees
• Experience within the civil engineering sector
• Good technical knowledge
• Swedish in speech and writing
