About the Role: Consulting Director / CEO

In the role of Consulting Director / CEO, you will have a unique opportunity to build and develop your own consulting business within an established corporation. You will have significant freedom to set strategy, business plans, and budgets while having access to the organization's platform, support functions, and network.

You will work both operationally and strategically, focusing on building long-term customer relationships, recruiting consultants, and creating a profitable consulting business. This role is ideal for those who wish to combine entrepreneurship with leadership and business development.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build and develop your own consulting business within IT/Tech
• Recruit, lead, and develop a strong consulting team
• Create and develop long-term customer relationships and business opportunities
• Responsibility for budget, business plan, and profitability, driving the business towards set goals

About You

To succeed in this role, you are an unpretentious and business-driven leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. You have a good understanding of the consulting business, a strong network, and the ability to build trust with both customers and consultants. Furthermore, we look for:

• Experience from the IT consulting industry, e.g., as Consulting Director, Team Manager, or similar
• Experience in recruiting and developing consultants and building strong teams
• Proficiency in sales, relationship building, and business development
• A strong entrepreneurial drive and a desire to build and develop the business long-term

• Salary: Fixed salary + commission
