Are you a skilled and inspiring teacher looking for a developmental role in a beautiful and stimulating environment? Campus Manilla is now seeking a licensed teacher for Year 3.

The position is a one-year substitute role starting in the autumn term of 2026.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about preparing students in the best possible way for the future. You are clear in your leadership and passionate about creating teaching that is adapted to each student's prerequisites and needs. You combine strong subject knowledge with the ability to build good relationships and can, together with parents, promote the student's all-round development. Through varied teaching, you create an engagement for learning. You have the ability to clearly communicate goals and performance levels and give students feedback that drives learning forward.

As a colleague, you are reflective and unpretentious, and you actively drive collaboration with colleagues to develop teaching and the operation forward.

Your Tasks

You will teach in Year 3. As a teacher at Campus Manilla, you are responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating students' learning. You lead learning in the classroom and are responsible for ensuring that students reach the goals in their subjects. You are part of a work team and are responsible for collaborating with your colleagues regarding students' learning and developing the operation.

As a class teacher for a lower secondary class, you are responsible for teaching in all theoretical subjects. We are looking for someone who puts students, learning goals, and curiosity first. To succeed in the teacher role at Campus Manilla, you need to have a natural drive and be an open person who can see new exciting opportunities in learning. You also need to be a skilled relationship builder and have the ability to create team spirit and a genuine interest in working with your subjects and the school's values.

Substitute position for one school year. Terms in accordance with the Almega independent school agreement. Start date: August 10, 2026.

ABOUT US

Campus Manilla is run by the politically and religiously independent foundation Carpe Scientia. The school is run entirely without profit and has the ambition to develop into Sweden's best school. In our beautiful premises on Djurgården, there is both a primary and upper secondary school. In total, Campus Manilla has approximately 800 students from preschool class to the third year of upper secondary school and approximately 110 employees, including a well-functioning student health team.

The school is characterized by a family atmosphere with closeness to both students, colleagues, and school leadership.
