About the Full-Time Mentor Role
As a full-time mentor, you will work closely and daily with a group of students. You will be their primary adult contact at the school and play a decisive role in their well-being, development, and academic success. Your task is to support, motivate, and monitor students' attendance, CSN reporting, academic results, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor for several classes and maintain close contact with your mentees
• Monitor students' study situations, attendance, and well-being
• Hold regular development talks with students and maintain contact with guardians
• Collaborate with teaching staff, the student health team, and school management
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities that strengthen community and study motivation
• Contribute to a positive school environment characterized by safety and a conducive study atmosphere

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education, preferably in career guidance or pedagogy. You have previous experience working at an upper secondary school; experience as a mentor is a merit.

You have a coaching and supportive approach and are skilled at building trusting relationships with young people. You are a responsible and structured person with good communication skills. You view teamwork as a matter of course and want to actively contribute to the school's development and collective work.

The position is a temporary assignment running until April 9, 2027!

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
