About the position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant/substitute for approximately 8–20 hours per month with our client in Linköping.
Working hours are flexible and agreed upon with the client.
The client is a woman in her 30s with autism and an intellectual disability (ID). She currently has an interest in walks, bowling, and creative activities.
About you
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can understand the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.
Employment level: 8–20 hours per month. The employment level may vary depending on activities.
Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We warmly welcome your application.
Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you, as an applicant, can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve working alone, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) may not be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal register. It is important to order these extracts in good time, as the Police's processing time may vary. Due to a legislative change from March 1, 2026, the register check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal register and extracts from the suspicion register.
