About Us
The Social Services Administration is responsible for measures, support, and services for individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and are tasked with implementing measures regulated by these laws. All operations are permeated by the principle of the individual at the center to meet the individual's needs. The assignment involves a strong customer focus and service mindset.
Provider LSS and Social Psychiatry, with over 400 permanent employees, is a provider operation directed at children, young people, and adults. We are governed by, among others, LSS, SoL, and HSL, and have execution responsibility for measures regulated by these laws. The operation is permeated by our commitment to placing the individual at the center and collaborating to meet individual needs. The operation has a strong customer focus, a good service mindset, and provides conditions for cross-boundary work that is both inspiring and competence-developing.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide support in the user's daily life at home, during activities, and in various everyday situations.
- The work is very active and includes cycling, swimming, and play, so it is important that you have good physical fitness and enjoy being active.
- Help create structure and security in daily life, participate in activities, and contribute to a positive and meaningful existence.
- Support and guide the user in their development and daily routines.
Qualifications
- You must be a woman aged 20–50 (according to the user's request).
- Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Hold a B-class driver's license.
- Are secure, responsible, and professional.
- Are attentive, curious, proactive, and engaged.
- Have experience with children and are comfortable in a family environment.
- Are active, positive, and able to take your own initiatives.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability and chemistry, as it is important that you, the boy, and the family as a whole get along well.
