We offer you
In Söderköping Municipality, there are several service and group homes where individuals with an LSS decision live and reside. The operations are staffed 24/7, every day of the year. Our work within Support and Service is best described by the LSS legislation: individuals with disabilities should be able to lead as independent a life as possible. This includes principles such as equality, freedom of choice, participation, and personal integrity.
As a summer temporary employee in our operations, you will be part of a workgroup of varying sizes, ranging from 4 to 10 colleagues. The workgroups operate with the goal that every individual should have a meaningful everyday life with our help. As a summer temporary employee, you may start your introduction early and begin working as early as spring to build relationships with the individuals and colleagues, ensuring you feel secure in your work and can offer security and stability to the residents. Colleagues offer support for medication delegation, both practical and theoretical, to increase the chances of passing the exam.
Our summer period extends from week 24 to week 33. The opportunity to continue working if needed after the summer period may arise.
