About the School
Milboskolan is a grades F-6 school located in the pleasant area of Hille in northern Gävle. The operation is divided into two buildings, grades F-3 and 4-6, and has approximately 350 students. Together with the schools in Björke, Trödje, and Bergby, Milboskolan belongs to the Bergby Principal Area.

Job Responsibilities
As a teacher for grades F-3, you will work with teaching, have class responsibility, and be responsible for mapping, planning, implementation, and evaluation of lessons. The work is carried out according to decided goals and guidelines.
Some of your tasks include:
- Mentoring and collaborating with your colleagues to create a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with the students' best interests in focus.
- Challenging and supporting students so that they achieve good study results, adapting your teaching to the needs and conditions of all students.
- Working in collaboration with other educators, student health services, guardians, and other actors outside the school.
In accordance with Gävle Municipality's value system, you have a good attitude, a good ability to collaborate, and value high quality in your work.
Qualifications
Formal Requirements
We are looking for a licensed teacher with eligibility to teach in grades F-3. The role requires good knowledge of the primary school curriculum and a well-developed ability to express oneself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience with digital tools in pedagogical work is important, for example, documentation in Unikum or Office.
