RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher for grades 7-9, you will work with teaching, have class responsibility, and be responsible for mapping, planning, implementing, and evaluating lessons. The work is carried out according to set goals and guidelines. Your responsibilities also include mentorship and collaborating with your colleagues to create a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with the students' best interests in focus. You challenge and support the students so that they achieve good academic results and adapt your teaching according to all students' needs and conditions. The work is performed in collaboration with other educators, student health, guardians, and other actors outside the school.

At Stigslunds School, we actively work to increase students' school attendance. We focus on relational leadership and students' reading skills in all subjects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal qualifications:

• Teaching degree and teaching license with authorization to teach in grades 7-9 in the subjects of Science/Math
• Familiarity with and knowledge of the compulsory school curriculum
• Knowledge of and experience with digital tools, such as documentation in Unikum or Office
• Ability to express yourself well in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
