Väderleden's group home is located at Björkskatan's center, close to both services and beautiful walking trails. Here, you will find a stable and experienced team that works in a structured manner with a focus on quality, shared vision, and professional treatment.
As an employee at Väderleden's group home, you will work with adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. The work is based on a pedagogical approach and low-arousal interaction.
Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Start date is by agreement.

Job Responsibilities
You will work closely with the users and serve as a pedagogical support in their daily lives. Based on a respectful and attentive approach, you will contribute to creating security, structure, and predictability, with a focus on the user's needs and self-determination. The work includes daily support such as nursing, cleaning, laundry, physical activity, and social activities. You will also participate in leisure activities according to the user's wishes.
Implementation plans are a central working tool and are used actively, followed up, and continuously developed. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, which requires clear communication and a shared approach. Documentation, follow-up, and reflection are a natural part of the work to ensure quality and continuity.
The role includes collaboration with representatives, daily activities, and other actors. You also have assignments as a support person and participate in mentoring, workplace meetings, team meetings, and network meetings.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people with disabilities.
For this position, you must have:
- Education as a nurse assistant and/or support assistant
- Good and relevant work experience in healthcare and social services or support and services according to the LSS Act
- Good digital competence
- Experience of documenting in Combine or equivalent documentation systems
- Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
We consider it desirable that you have previously had delegation for medication.
You are a person who is attentive to both users, relatives, and colleagues. You are unpretentious, happy to share your knowledge, and contribute to good collaboration within the team.
