Personal assistance is a service provided according to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). The purpose of the act is to strengthen the individual's right to equality and participation in society. As a personal assistant, you will work in the user's home; in this case, for a user living outside Råneå. Your main assignment is with one user, but it may become relevant to work in a combined schedule with more users in the Luleå area. You will be scheduled for work during the day, evening, and every other weekend. There are pets in the home.

Tasks

As a personal assistant, you are an important support in the user's home and daily life. The tasks are varied and can range from personal care and transfers to accompanying the user on activities. The goal is to give every individual the opportunity to live as independent and meaningful a life as possible. All work is based on the user's needs, prerequisites, and wishes.

We work with high quality and with our basic values as a guide. The people we are there for should be met by engaged, competent, and responsible employees who work in accordance with their assignment and applicable legislation. Documentation is a central part of the work, and you are responsible for documenting in Combine according to the Social Services Act.

Qualifications

To be considered for this assignment, you need to have:

• Good digital competence
• Education in Swedish at least equivalent to grade 9
• Class B driver's license and access to your own car to get to and from the workplace

It is an asset if you have experience of low-affective approach and if you are trained as a nursing assistant. As a person, you are relationship-building, secure, and solution-oriented. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
