ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Luleå. We are currently seeking hourly substitutes.

You will initially work day shifts on weekdays and weekends, and after you have worked for a while with the client, there is an opportunity to work night shifts if you wish.

The working hours are as follows:

  • Primarily from 08:00 to 17:00

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 25s who lives centrally in Luleå. She has extensive care needs and requires support in most parts of her daily life. The client lacks verbal ability but communicates using her eyes, sounds, and body language.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Help and support with communication

  • Activities

The client uses a wheelchair and lifting aids.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, reliable, and engaged. Personal chemistry with the client is crucial.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in personal assistance/care

Employment rate: hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are going to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the background check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.

We recommend that you ensure you have current extracts in accordance with applicable legislation and the new rules that will come into effect on March 1, 2026.
