ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are now looking for 3 personal assistants for 75-100% with our client in Haparanda starting from 1/4-2026.
The working hours are as follows:
07:30 AM - 07:30 PM
Start date is to be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her 50s who enjoys exercising, cooking, baking, and going on trips. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has suffered a stroke.
The tasks include:
Support with daily routines, including household chores
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as during meals
Training and rehabilitation
The client uses an electric wheelchair.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should also be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are responsible and calm; personal suitability is highly valued. The client prefers female assistants.

REQUIREMENTS
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a personal assistant or in other care work
Employment level: 3 positions between 75-100%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work with us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are going to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, which means that the background check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so orders should be made in good time.

We recommend that you ensure you have current extracts in accordance with applicable legislation and the new rules that will come into effect on March 1, 2026.
