ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on an hourly basis, as needed, for our female client just outside Piteå. We are looking for three people who want to work extra as substitutes. This suits you who perhaps have other employment during the day or are studying. But there is a chance for a lot of work!

Working hours are varied between day, evening, and night. The schedule is currently being revised, so this is an example of the working hours:

  • 08:00-14:00

  • 08:00-20:00

  • 14:00-22:00

  • 20:00-08:00

  • 22:00-08:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman who likes to go for walks, exercise, and watch TV. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she is wheelchair-bound.

Job duties include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assist/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals

  • Transfers

The client uses an electric wheelchair, shower chair, and hoist.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language

  • Tolerance for fur animals - there are animals in the home

  • Non-smoker

ASSETS

  • Driver's license and access to your own car

  • Experience working in healthcare and social services

Employment rate: Hourly substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you as an applicant can show valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to show an extract from the criminal register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply which mean that the register check includes both an extract from the criminal register and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so orders should be made in good time.
