ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client at Björkskatan in Luleå. Right now, we are looking for someone to work as an hourly temporary worker immediately + summer temporary workers this summer!

Working hours are scheduled both on weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 09:00-21:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 70s who is very active in the association life and likes to attend various events, as well as bake and cook. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has cerebral palsy and was born blind.

Job duties include:

• Support with daily routines, including household chores

• Assist/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Transfers/mobility assistance

The client uses a wheelchair and a rollator.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Non-smoker - client has severe asthma

Employment level: Hourly temporary worker as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that confirm the right to work in Sweden. A personal certificate can be easily downloaded from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are going to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present an extract from the criminal register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply which mean that the register check includes both an extract from the criminal register and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so orders should be made in good time.
