We are responsible for approximately 18,000 children and students and work every day to ensure they develop and achieve higher goal fulfillment. We want children to enter our operations as curious, creative one-year-olds and leave us as engaged, knowledgeable, and independent 19-year-olds.
Kungsmadskolan belongs to the Education Administration in Växjö Municipality. The administration has over 2,700 employees and is thus the municipality's largest department. Our operations include preschool, pedagogical care, preschool class, compulsory school, special needs compulsory school, after-school centers, upper secondary school, and special needs upper secondary school. We also include youth center activities, cultural schools, and school libraries. We also have operations with different focuses such as Reggio Emilia, music, and IB (International Baccalaureate).
We are now looking for you who want to work as a teacher at Kungsmadskolan. Kungsmadskolan is a municipal upper secondary school with 1,500 students consisting of both vocational and academic programs. As a teacher, your tasks will be to plan, teach, assess, and follow up on courses. You will do this in close collaboration with other teachers in your program and subjects. In your teaching, you maintain a high level of instruction, are part of the work team with mentoring, and collaborate with other teachers at the school.

QUALIFICATIONS
You applying for the position must be a qualified upper secondary school teacher.
As we are growing as a school, we are advertising several teaching positions simultaneously without specifying subjects to allow for planning different subject combinations.
Appointment is subject to necessary decisions.
