About Rödsleskolan
Rödsleskolan is located next to the beautiful Döderhultsdalen valley. The school has approximately 730 students distributed across grades F-3, 4-6, and 7-9, as well as about 100 staff members. All educators belong to a work team with an associated coordinator.
At Rödsleskolan, we have dedicated staff with a positive and inclusive approach working to give students a great school day. We work goal-oriented with great respect for each other's similarities and differences. Rödsleskolan is a Training School that, together with Linnaeus University, educates new teachers. This means we have several students in our operations.
We are now looking for a Substitute Coordinator and Permanent Substitute Teacher for grades 7-9 who wants to become part of our operations at Rödsleskolan.
Responsibilities
Your mission with us is to lay the foundation for a Good Life for the students you meet and teach. Great importance is placed on relationships.
We are looking for someone who wants to work as a Substitute Coordinator for grades 7-9 as well as a permanent substitute in this operation. You will work closely with principals, teachers, and administration.
Qualifications
We assume that you enjoy working with children and young people. Administrative tasks are included in the position.
We believe you are independent, meticulous, proactive, and have a professional and service-oriented approach. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy teamwork. We place great importance on personal suitability and prefer that you have experience working in the school sector. It is important to us that you can build good relationships, are responsive, clear, creative, and meet each student based on their individual conditions.
You are:
- A clear leader in the classroom.
- A social team player who is stress-resistant, structured, self-reliant, and flexible.
- Secure and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.

- An experienced IT user who can use varied digital tools in teaching.

You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
