Lindblomskolan is a F-6 school with an after-school program, centrally located in Hultsfred. Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who wants to work as a teacher in the lower grades. As a teacher, you see relationships, a safe and clear leadership towards students as a key to successful and joyful learning, and collaboration with colleagues as successful. Your role also includes mentorship with responsibility for certain students. In your profession, you actively work with pedagogical planning and strive to continuously evaluate and reflect to develop your teaching. In our activities, we see collegial learning and effective teams as two important parts of collaboration. Therefore, you will be part of a team where you collaborate around students and develop teaching. As an employee, you collaborate with our student health team, which consists of special educators/special teachers, school nurses, counselors, and speech therapists. There is also collaboration with the school's safety team, where fundamental values are the focus.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach in grades 1-3. As an employee with us, we want you to contribute to a love for learning and create learning for life. Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. If you have qualifications in social studies, English, and/or music, it is an advantage.
