Your workday. Sweden's tomorrow.
The Secretariat for Management Support, Governance and International Affairs (LSI) is responsible for overall coordination and development of the ministry's operations. The secretariat's tasks include responsibility for the ministry's operational planning, internal finance, budget work, and agency governance as well as international matters. The unit also provides administrative support to ministers, state secretaries, the head of the expedition, and the Legal Secretariat.
As an administrator at LSI focusing on administrative coordination and development, you will work closely with the head of the expedition and legal affairs. The tasks are varied and include support, coordination, and development in several areas, such as designing uniform routines, information and document management, and streamlining processes. The work is based on close collaboration and many contacts with other units within the ministry and with other parts of the Government Offices.
You will primarily work on coordinating central processes, engaging in cross-departmental development work, and providing administrative support. You will be a hub for coordinating and planning preparations with ministers, state secretaries, and the head of the expedition and legal affairs, as well as contributing to administrative quality in case management before and after government meetings. The administrative support may also include, for example, dispatching decisions, handling orders, and scheduling meetings. You will be part of the network of the ministry's assistants and contribute to developing the administrative support in the ministry.
Your tasks may also include working on other issues within the unit or at other units within the ministry as needed.
