In this role, you will be part of Campus Nyköping's university team. We have exam coordination, VFU secretariat, and our educational collaboration with universities and colleges.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an educational assistant, you will work closely with students and contribute to a pleasant and functional study environment, ensure legally secure exam implementations, and be an important resource in the daily operations.

You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for student services and contribute to a good study environment
• Be responsible for the library and reference literature
• Support in exam coordination (about 50% of the time will be allocated here)
• Handle expressions of interest for education

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a high school diploma
• Good computer skills
• Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience in administrative work
• Ability to work in a structured manner, keep order, and follow routines
• Confident in working independently and taking responsibility for own areas of work

Meritorious

• Experience working on digital platforms such as Inspera or Exam
• Experience of university studies
