Part-time/Full-time Career Guidance Mentor in Katrineholm

We are now looking for a part-time/full-time mentor in Katrineholm to support us in delivering the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Employment Agency. If you are an engaged mentor, Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world!

As a mentor in the career guidance service, we help participants explore professions. Mentors and a study and career counselor work together with participants to map their strengths, experiences, and competencies, and throughout the service, a clear career plan is developed for the participant.

As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the service, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country.

Requirements for the Position

To work as a mentor, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, and
• At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
• leadership with personnel responsibility
• recruitment/restructuring work for job seekers
• study and career guidance
• handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• work with labor and labor market issues
• work with social and group psychology career guidance
