Substitutes Wanted for a Man in Kalix

We are looking for engaged and reliable substitutes who want to work as personal assistants for a man living in Kalix. He is wheelchair-bound and needs support in most daily activities, but is completely clear-headed, communicative, and knows what he wants, which makes the collaboration clear and safe.

The need for substitutes has been significant and is expected to continue during the spring. In addition to covering for absences, there are available shifts continuously in the schedule that need to be filled. There will also be a need during the summer when regular staff will be on vacation.

Job Responsibilities

You will primarily assist with:

• Hygiene and personal care
• Cooking and meals
• Transfers and practical daily tasks
• Walks and outdoor activities

Working Hours

Weekdays:

• 07:00–15:00
• 15:00–00:00

Weekends:

• Full-day shifts 07:00–00:00

We are looking for someone who

• is attentive and confident in themselves.
• has a genuine interest in working with people.
• has good physical condition as heavier lifting may occur.
• The client prefers male applicants who are 30 years or older.

Experience in similar work is an advantage but not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personality and the chemistry between you and the client.
