Dacapo Mariestad is a municipal educational platform in a unique study environment. We believe in lifelong learning with sustainability in focus. The operation conducts post-secondary education such as vocational training in its own right, and distance higher education as well as lectures and short courses. The education is conducted in collaboration with Skövde University of Applied Sciences.

We are now looking for a teacher in production technology for our vocational training program Production Technician for the future's automated industry. A vocational training program is a post-secondary education developed in close collaboration with the industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher, you are responsible for planning and teaching parts of the education. In addition, you are responsible for the following:

• Assessment and grading
• Guidance
• Follow-up and reporting to the lead teacher and unit manager.
• Network building with companies related to the areas of education.
• Work with quality assurance and be responsible for meeting the education's learning objectives.

The position is located in Mariestad at Dacapo. Some teaching may occur in Skövde.

The employment offers the possibility of some remote work.

The extent is 50% or according to agreement.

Probationary employment may be applied.

• Education and experience in the industry.
• A genuine interest in pedagogical work.
• Ability to work independently.
• Be open to new ideas and ensure that the education is relevant to today’s labor market.
• Be organized and have good foresight.
