Do you want to work extra in a job where your contribution really matters? We are now looking for a part-time personal assistant for a 30-year-old man who lives in his own cottage on his parents' farm in Alingsås, surrounded by animals and nature.

A driver's license and access to a car are required as the residence is located outside public transport. Driving is part of the job.

About the assignment
The man lives with autism and epilepsy and needs support in his daily life. On weekdays, he attends a daily activity from 09:00 to 15:00, and afterwards, he enjoys participating in activities or cooking – a great interest of his. Weekends are often quieter and are preferably spent outdoors with walks or coffee breaks.

Who are we looking for?
You are reliable, responsible, and can work independently. We prefer that you are active, structured, and enjoy planning and carrying out activities. Experience with autism and epilepsy is a plus but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you can create safety, have a calm demeanor, can work with clear routines, and are structured. We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to build a good relationship while contributing to a stable and meaningful everyday life.

About the position
Working hours vary, but weekday shifts are usually from 15:15 to 08:55 or 15:15 to 21:15. Weekend shifts can be from 09:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 09:00, or full-day shifts. The work mainly involves evening and night shifts with some waiting time. In the morning, the man takes transportation to his daily activity. We hope you are flexible and can work extra as needed.
