About the assignment

Our customer is a woman in her 60s who is in a wheelchair and also lacks speech. She has assistance around the clock with a few hours of double staffing per day. Our customer needs the assistant's support with transfers and help with everything that belongs to everyday life such as personal hygiene, cooking, exercise, and household chores. The customer appreciates good dinners, drinking coffee, and going out for long walks, which are therefore important moments during the day.

Who we are looking for

To fit as an assistant for our customer, we see that you are a positive, empathetic, and calm person. You have a great commitment to your work and to give that little extra for the customer's quality of life in everyday life.

Since our customer lacks speech, it is especially important that you are attentive and can read other communication such as through eyes, sounds, and body language. It is also important that you are organized and meticulous, following established routines but also able to take your own initiatives when needed.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant.

Working hours and degree of employment

The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and awake nights.

Employment form

Temporary employment, with the possibility of a schedule during the summer.

Salary

Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement.

Start date

As agreed.
