About the client's daily life The client lives in Sandviken with their family and attends school. He is wheelchair-bound and has a disability that requires assistance in daily life for, among other things, transfers, personal care, communication, and social activities. He is a social and curious person who enjoys fun and play, walks, music, and watching movies or YouTube. The home is shared with both a cat and a dog.

When personal chemistry is most important The personal chemistry between you and the client is of utmost importance. We are looking for someone who is attentive and has the ability to read the client's needs in different situations. You need to be responsible, confident in working with children, and enjoy working in a family environment. The client prefers a smoke-free environment, and since animals are a natural part of daily life, you need to be comfortable with pets.

Weekdays, weekends, and school breaks Working hours on weekdays are scheduled between 14:00–08:15. On weekends, daytime shifts occur, and during school breaks, you will work around-the-clock shifts with waiting time between 10:00–10:00.

Due to the nature of the job, which may involve working alone, night shifts, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

OP Assistans offers safe and respectful personal assistance. We build close and long-term relationships as a smaller company, but at the same time, we have the security and resources from our larger group, Team Olivia. Many of our managers have personal experience as personal assistants, which provides a deep understanding of the profession. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Care Companies.
