Renatusgården operates a residential service in the countryside with some round-the-clock care for men and women aged 25 and older. The target group is placed with support from SoL and often has neuropsychiatric disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or autism.

The operation is divided into two separate buildings where individuals requiring more care reside in separate rooms in the main building. Those placed in their own apartments are more self-sufficient but are offered support from staff based on their wishes and needs.

We work with low-arousal approaches, clarifying pedagogy, and have staff trained in motivational interviewing. The goal of the operation is to support individual development with the highest possible degree of independence and influence for each individual.

As the operation develops, we now want to expand our pool of substitutes with individuals who can work on an hourly basis according to the needs of the operation. We prefer candidates with experience in similar tasks and the ability to work awake night shifts when needed. Formal qualifications such as caregiver, mental health nurse, or treatment assistant are advantageous but not required.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, relationship-building, has good collaboration skills, and is self-assured. To fit into our operation, it is important that you have empathy and understanding for others, as well as the ability to set boundaries when necessary. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A criminal record check will be required prior to employment.

A B driver's license is required as you will be driving our manual cars in the service. Due to the location of the operation, it is an advantage to have access to your own car to reach the workplace.
