Ramsele School

Ramsele School is a K-9 school located in central Ramsele, close to ski trails, a ski slope, a riding school, an ice hockey hall, and football fields. Ramsele School actively works with information and communication technology (ICT), and most teaching materials are now online via the Gleerups portal.

In the building of Ramsele School, there is a preschool, pre-school class, and after-school care in close proximity to each other, and about 20 teachers work from grades 1-9.

At Ramsele School, we work to give students responsibility and to own their education. Students write their own individual development plans (IUP) and conduct their own parent-teacher conferences, which makes them very aware and goal-oriented.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the school's student health team together with the assistant principal, counselor, and school nurse. We work proactively and preventively according to the EHM model together with the educators. You will work with various forms of assessments, support for individual students both in and out of the classroom, work with smaller student groups, and with students with specific needs based on NPF diagnoses.

Part of your mission is also to support your teaching colleagues in their work with support and adaptations for students. Together with the school management, you will shape the content of the mission based on how students' needs change over time.

You enjoy collaborating and creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You also have the ability to work in a structured manner and handle different conditions professionally. You are interested in working towards high-quality goals where students' results and well-being are in focus.
