We are now looking for a substitute teacher for the middle school at Nyland School, a school with about 130 students from preschool to grade 6, as well as after-school activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting teaching - primarily in middle school, but some teaching in primary school may occur.
• Being responsible for leadership and stimulation in the classroom.
• Creating structure, clarity, and good relationships with the students.
• Having a clear focus on the students' knowledge development in accordance with the curriculum.
• Working systematically with quality improvements in teaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who is a certified primary school teacher with qualifications for grades 4-6. We prefer that you have at least two subjects in combination.

Furthermore, we would like:

• You have experience with assessment work and grading.
• You can work both independently and in teams.
• You possess digital competence.
• You have the ability to see the students' needs and, in consultation with other staff, can take appropriate measures to support their learning and goal fulfillment.
• You value collaboration, both internally and externally with different professional groups to create the best possible conditions for the students' development.
